If unsatisfied with the initial response, escalate to our Grievance Officer using the contact details below. You will receive a written acknowledgement within 3 business days.

If your grievance is not resolved within 30 days, you may approach IRDAI through the Bima Bharosa portal at https://bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in or call the IRDAI helpline: 155255 / 1800 4254 732.
