CheckYourPremium is an IRDAI-registered Web Aggregator (IRDAI/WBA/2025 — IRDAI Registered Web Aggregator). Our services include: • Displaying and comparing insurance products from registered insurers. • Providing insurance-related information and tools. • Facilitating contact between users and insurance providers. • Providing claim assistance support. We are not an insurer. We do not underwrite, issue, or guarantee any insurance policy. All policies are issued by and the responsibility of the respective insurer.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use this Platform. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our services. Inaccurate information may result in incorrect quotes or claim rejection by the insurer. Premium figures shown on this Platform are indicative only and are subject to change based on underwriting by the insurer. Always verify final premium with the insurer before purchasing.

All content on this Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CheckYourPremium or its content suppliers, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. • Submit false or misleading information. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform. • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data. • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality. • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Insurance information is for guidance only and should not be construed as professional financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckYourPremium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any insurance product purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the platform service fee paid by you (if any).

Our Platform may link to third-party websites and services. We have no control over their content, privacy policies, or practices. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
